Within the app:
You can log into your your eViale profile, go to settings and tap delete to send a request to delete your account.
From the website:
To delete your account, please send an email to support@eviale.com from the email address associated with your eViale account. Use Subject: Delete My Account. This will allow our team to verify your identity and proceed with the deletion of your account, including all associated data.
Please note that there may be legal reasons for us to keep you data, such as if we receive a law enforcement request asking us to preserve data.

Adding Medications
Add Via Upload:
Keep the prescription summary that your pharmacy attaches to your medication bag.
1. Tap Health Record on your dashboard.
2. Tap on Upload Icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Tap Scan Document then Save. This will extract the information on the prescription summary. Tap Save. Then Add.
4. Follow prompts to add information and schedule administration time(s), start and end date (if necessary), or continuous for long term maintenance medications.
5. Go to Medication Reminder screen, your medication with times to take will be here.
Add Manually:
1. Tap Health Record on your dashboard. At the bottom of the page. Tap Add Medication Manually.
2. Type the name of the medication to search
3. Then type the name of the medication in the pop-up window
4. Then type the name of the medication in search once again.
6. Follow prompts to complete adding the medication information and schedule administration time(s), start and end dates (if necessary), or continuous for long term maintenance medications.
7. Go to Medication Reminder screen, your medication with times to take will be here.
